*School owner shall complete the membership agreement contained in the download. Once it is received by the Kwan, we shall process it immediately and send your documents and other materials as guaranteed.
Charter schools may use the Sil Jeon Hapkido curriculum, syllabus and rank rubric systems as long as their membership is current. Note: If you wish to utilize one of the programs, you must use Sil Jeon under black belt rank and black belt rank certificates.
